mac vlan

if a mac classification is done for a mac address. The host with that mac address cannot be part of anyother vlans? p1 m1{v1,v2} p2 p3,v1 p4,v1 a ---------------------------- b ------------------------c

mac classification is done at p2 for vlan v2, so host 'a' can never be reachable within vlan v1 for other hosts? suppose in the above setup 'host a' can never reach 'c' though both part of vlan 1, is this correct?

I mean to say, mac classification is done at p2 for mac m1 of host 'a' to vlan v2.
