Embedded ethernet with high throughput

Dear Friends I want to have a ethernet connection to receive about 10Mbits/s UDP packates from a LAN connection to my hardware board and then to process it. I have searched a lot of solutions for my project: from "single chip LAN controllers in conjunction with a FPGA or a micro", to "Micro's with built in LAN controller such as Maxim or Freescale's products", and at lost I find Atmel's ARM based at91rm9200 a suitable choice. But I doubt if a FPGA based CPU core such as the Nios II or MicroBlaze is better choice. Please help me to have the best choice. thanks a lot
