Tagging TOS to 802.1P COS

Please log in for more thread options I intend to tag the TOS field in the IP header to the COS field of the 802.1P header. I am unable to find out if there is a provision for accomplishing TOS-> COS tagging within the linux kernel (or any
utilities that assist in tagging).
