Please log in for more thread options I bought a new monitor and all worked after I blew the inside of my computer out with a dustbuster, as it was LOADED with dust. So perhaps the issues I was having (only in the 1152 x 768 res) was monitor and dust related. I say dust related as the monitor would not work the first time I plugged it into my computer. However what I do not understand is why my iBook and my Compaq PC Laptop worked fine when I attached that monitor to these laptops. However neither of these are capable of going to the 1152 x 768 res, so perhaps this explains the problem. John -- The Bible calls sinners to Repentance (LK 5:32) and God's people to Holiness (Rom 12:2). www.cerm.info Church Education Resource Ministries Founder and Director Posted Via Usenet.com Premium Usenet Newsgroup Services ---------------------------------------------------------- ** SPEED ** RETENTION ** COMPLETION ** ANONYMITY ** ---------------------------------------------------------- http://www.usenet.com | |||||||||||||
