Please log in for more thread options indefinite period of time, no more than a minute, for the application I need it to output 2 signals at about 28 hertz (with some fine tunning) independent of each other, I have a circuits I setup (that I found online) now that seems to work fine except its running in the 3 to 6 hertz range it seems to output both at the same frequency for an indefinite amount of time, I'm new to 555 timers and I've tried looking online for equations but I'm failing to see relation between their circuit and my circuit, here is link to a diagram of the circuit I have http://picasaweb.google.com/Gifters/555TimerHelp/photo?authkey=o6LPg8PSSZg#5129763849743544274 Thanks for your help in advance Gifters

Please log in for more thread options --- If you want two separate output frequencies you'll need to use two separate timers wired as astables, and if you want to have them both running/stopped for the same time you'll need another timer wired as a monostable in order to do that. What's the range of trim you require for the 28Hz, and what's the range of ON time you need? -- JF
