First, by and large all spice models, are spice models, are spice
models.

.MODEL ZTX214 PNP(IS=11.49f ISE=50f NF=987.2m NE=1.4 BF=330 BR=13
IKF=100m IKR=12m

+ ISC=14.3f NC=1.1 NR=996m RB=200m RE=400m RC=950m VAR=8.15 VAF=84.56

+ CJE=16p TF=493p CJC=10.5p TR=73.55n MJC=415m VJC=565m)

I think this is the same one, from zetex.

Yep, here's the same model in Intusoft's fine Spice program.

..MODEL ZTX214 PNP BF=330 BR=13 CJC=10.5E-12 CJE=16E-12
+ IKF=.1 IKR=.012 IS=1.149E-14 ISC=1.43E-14 ISE=5E-14
+ MJC=.415 NC=1.1 NE=1.4 NF=.9872 NR=.996 RB=.2 RC=.95 RE=.4
+ TF=.493E-9 TR=73.55E-9 VAF=84.56 VAR=8.15 VJC=.565

When you see 4-digit numbers like VAF=84.56 and NF=.9872, you
know these are machine-generated values that may be far off
the mark, so run some ground-truth tests against real parts.
