Does anyone sell a pair of isolation transformers in a little housing
with 1/8" stereo plugs/jacks-- so that two audio devices with earth as
common can be connected without ground loop issues?

You may already be aware of this (hence prompting the question), but Wal*Mart
(believe it or not) sells some with RCA jacks on the ends. Easy enough to use
with an adapter or just whack off the end and re-wire if you'd like.
