currently have cablevision as a phone service provider for my private business. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can record all phone calls associated with my business service. I have searched for several weeks online and nothing I find seems to support voip service. I am currently using a motorola SBV, I have the line out from the modem into the telco in which in turn splits to 3 different jacks. I also have my PC directly connected to the cable modem. I would prefer software for the PC that will automatically record the calls. I have no problem if the software plays an automated message about the call being recorded prior to any recording. Thanks for any help any of you can provide.
