UK - Cisco Access Server question

Seeing as Cisco have completely ignored my information requests I thought I'd ask in a public forum, hopefully there are some UK Access Server gurus around!

We need to be able to support a large number of inbound analogue and ISDN calls from the PSTN and I understand the 5350XM can do just that. Apparently you can get an 8 E1 card which would support 240 simultaneous calls, I also see a reference to a 12 E1 card too but there appears to be some caveats to using that.

I've not managed to find any reference to how the inbound calls are presented to an application once answered - does the Access Server create a new TCP/IP session to a given IP address and port on every inbound PSTN call?

What UK Switch protocols does it support? DASS and Q.931?

What many E1s can the 5450XM support? Will it support an STM-1 connection rather than E1s?

Many thanks in advance!
