seting a fixed IP address for VPN clients RC 11-21-06

On a PIX 6.3(5), my VPN clients authenticate to a RADIUS server.
I'd like to either;
Give out a specific IP address based on the user.
Or, set a specific IP address someplace in the client.

Any direction is appreciated.
