Replace a non IOS 350 Cisco Aironet bridge with IOS

Hi Mr. Corbett,

If you want only to upgrade a VxWorks 350 or 1200 series access point to Cisco IOS software, and not preserve the previous configuration, then you can use the 350 or 1200 series helper image file to upgrade the access point. This procedure is documented with:

You need a contract to get IOS for Aironet 350 bridges.

But if you do, the software is available here.

As others have noted, the 350 series *Access Points* running VxWorks can be upgraded to run IOS. However, your 350 series *Bridge* can only run VxWorks.

I can only see VxWorks FW there. AFAIK there is no IOS for the BR350.

For IOS: 1300/1400 only.
