Pix 501 VPN IPsec Configuration

My goal is to allow outside users to establish vpn connection using cisco vpn client vs. 4.*. I used pdm to make this configuration. It doesn't work. Below is my configuration. Can somedody tell me what I am doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance
