Page Download Time

Do you know of a Free Ware that I can use to measure how long it takes for a Web Site to display on a computer. I want to measure the actual page download by the second.

or do you know of any freeware that I can download that will measure page download time.

As you can see it downloads the page, tells you the transfer rate, and tells you how long it took to download the page in this case .4 seconds.
