OSPF Link-state age ??

The output of "show ip ospf database" looks like this:

Link ID ADV Router Age Seq# Checksum Link count

172.18.0.61 172.18.0.61 347 0x80000290 0x0084A6 1 172.22.241.106 172.22.241.106 1174 0x80000063 0x007C52 1 172.22.241.107 172.22.241.107 785 0x80000130 0x00EB11 1

How is the "Age" to be interpreted?

Seconds or Minutes seem most likely, but the Cisco IOS IP command reference doesn't clearly specify the units of Link-state age.

OSPF RFC is the reference to be checked and it indicates that LS age is in seconds
