how route data and calls over Hwic 3G GSM

hi all we suffering problem, we purchased router 2800 voice bundled also it includes Hwic 3G GSM modem,

what I know that hwic transmit data only , what the modifications or keys to start route calls

we using CCME over the 2800 appliance, Thanks
