Frame Relay Lab - PVC's stay inactive - Newbie!!

Hi All,

This is my first time configuring frame relay and I am having a hard time getting the pvc's to be active. I went tough various documents but they did not seem to help me. I would appreciate if you could guide me in the right direction.

Network diagram is as below:

+------------+ +------------+ +------------+ | R1 || R2 || R3 | +-------------+ Cab 1 +------------+ Cab 2 +------------+ S1 S0 S1 S0 10.0.0.1/8 20.0.0.1/8

R1 is being configured as a normal FR DTE. R2 is being configured as a normal FR switch. R3 is being configured as a normal FR DTE.

On my side, I ensured that the interfaces are up. FR encapsulation is of the correct type. LMI exchanges are fine. Clock rate on R2 is setup to 64000. Not sure where I am going wrong...

Configurations are provided below:
