Error unsupported TCAM value size

Does anyone know what could cause the error below. It's on a WS-C3750G-24TS-E with flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE.bin

Does it boot without loading the configuration. If so, check the "SDM profile" in the startup-config.

No idea (although it apparently had the "factory default" configuration).

It was on eBay

Someone eventually bought it for $550 Australian. I don't know if they got a bargain or blew their money.

I wonder if the original owner knew that the 3750 comes with a lifetime non-transferable warranty?

We also have a cisco 3750G-48-TS with same problem. I already tried to do a IOS upgrade but without result. The switch is not usable now. Is there a way to fix this?

--------Hereby also a the ouput from the switch------
