I wanted to configure a Cisco switch and examining modules features. I saw that Dynamic Cisco configuration tool is quite pretty (even if it recognized me as GUEST, no way to get higher level of access) but calling the Cisco Assistance Call Center the assistant addressed me to the DPRG. Well, once logged in (actually a couple of times, but I was warned about that) I get "Sorry the server is overloaded, try later".
Well I have been trying to reach that site since last Friday. And someone still put the attention on "How long your server will be down next failure, more than 5 seconds? You don't want that, do you? Give your reliability to us!".
Guys, with this experience we have thousands of "5 seconds" ;-)
Hoping to see the shape of that site, one day.
