I just got Call Manager and Unity in our environment, the latest releases. AT&T installed them, and also configured them. However, my dilemma now is, finding the right documentation to add, edit, change, users / phones to the system.
Can someone recommend a good book that guides you through this process?
I know there are a handful of books out there in the market, however, all I'm looking is for the one that covers regular administrator's chores. Maybe someone already wrote a PDF for administrators. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
