Associated client count on Cisco 1121 AP's

Earlier posted on Cisco Netpro forum, but no replies:

After upgrading my 1121's from 12.3(2)JA to 12.3(8)JEC, my SNMP network monitoring no longer works. It seems clients stay listed as associated to the AP's for random amounts of time. My IAS log viewer tells me there are 2 clients associated, whereas my network monitoring thing says 35 - as does ap#show dot11 associantions run on each AP and added manually. The highest client count was about 100 today, which is more than I find likely. Have Cisco changed the meaning of the OID (and IOS command too then), or is it a bug? Or is there a new IOS command about time-outs or such I have managed to overlook?

Addition: Is 12.3(8)JEC the latest IOS that will run on a 1121 AP with

16 MB? As usual I have a hard time finding the info I need on Ciscos' website.
