Which hardware shall I choose to make WIFI access with some AP?

My configuration:

internet (public IP) --- OBSD 4.5 (www,ftp,router,NAT, e-mail)---switch
48 port ---- some clients UTP


Which AP and "main device" from Cisco hardware. I need to authorize wifi
clients bby login+password+MAC

another connections via wifi will denided.

PoE welcome. About 20 WIFI users. Bandwidth managed, traffic logged.

In future VoIP only in intranet.
