Please log in for more thread options server, and I want to be able to see if the client is even trying to get through our firewall. We have recently installed an ASA 5500, and Thunderbird will not work the first time it tries, but then works after that. How do I do a packet trace from a particular IP to see if it is coming in?

Please log in for more thread options I've ran wireshark on the pc, and for when it doesn't work, I get an
Exchange response of OK and when it does work, I get a response of - ERR and then user info is sent on and everything works fine. I was wondering if there is something on the firewall (command line) that I can do to see if my pc is getting there. See, this is a home pc and I want to see if the mail client is even trying to reach out through our firewall the first time.
