Is this possible on Cisco switch 3750 or 2960?

That's an odd question. Usually people want three ports with a hub. One
for host a, one for host b, and a third for their sniffer. If you aren't
using this for sniffing, don't know why you would want it to act like a hub.
I think the closest thing you could do is lock it into half duplex mode.

If you are wanting to do some sniffing, look into setting up a span port.

If I am totally missing the question, please elaborate on what you are
trying to do. I understand the question and hate to ask why, but these are
switches which are slightly different in operation than a hub (which is
basically an extension and distribution of the wire and contains no logic).
