Please log in for more thread options The Cisco site has a document called: "Configuring InterVLAN Routing with Catalyst 3750/3560/3550 Series Switches" Which states: "Any Catalyst 3750/3560/3550 switch that runs EMI software or standard multilayer image (SMI) Cisco IOS Software Release 12.1(11)EA1 and later" When I look at the switch I have, it says the image it has is "IP- Base". I assume "IP-Base" is the same as "standard".....am I right?

Please log in for more thread options yup, ip base is SMI. By default the 3750's ship in routing mode, but if someone already mucked with it you just may have to enter the command "ip routing"
