Thank you for your post.
Could you please supply me with a link to the site you are talking
about.
And by the way, setting the baudrate to 1200 is to simulate the break
signal electrically. And all of this info is mentioned in Cisco's
documentation, I am not making it up..!!

I searched Google, but I didn't find the site I mentioned earlier. In sted,
I found

which is very similar. I imagine it is your source, and it must have been
his as well.
