What equipment for CCNA?

I am able to get hold of a few 2600 routers, but I am unsure what modules would be best and which switch is most suitable.

Any help will be useful :)

Don't really need a 2600 router. Any of the 2500 series should work. Cisco exams are based on IOS 12.2. The routers you get will need at least 2 serial ports, 1 ethernet port, 1 console and 1 aux port. Quite a few vendors sell used equipment on various auction sites. I recommend 3 routers - then you can properly watch the routing tables update between more than the next hop. A switch is also recommended. Most of the CCNA "kits" being sold still feature the 1900 switch but I'd recommend a 2950. Most value of the certification kits is they come with the proper DTE/DCA cables and rollover cable.
