A google search for OSPF tutorial turned up a huge number of hits as well.

Sorry guys think I was misunderstood. What I am looking for a walk through of setting up OSPF. Something that tells you what to do and then you do it and move onto the next step type of thing

Thats what the link I gave you is. However OSPF is not EIGRP or RIP, you need to actually understand how it works and what it does and come up with a sensible design first. Reading that document and some others will help you with that. Its not quite as simple as blindly following instructions.
