ICND Course & practical knowledge

I will be taking a 4 day ICND course soon, but for the exam what practical knowledge do I need? I do have some practical knowledge but I would like to be 100% prepared for the course so I can get the most out of it, and take the exam shortly afterwards.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I would have a general understanding of networking, tcp/ip, OSI, etc. My advice is once you take the coarse, get as much hands on experience as you can configuring routers and switches. Check out

he has great prices on rack time and has a lab book to go along with it. I used it a few times before I took my exam. I think the exam would be hard to pass without any hands on experiance.
