I don't know of any specific sites but you putting "network analysis -social" into Google gets you plenty of resources to read about tools that are used and give you a basic understanding of the processes involved. You could ask the candidates to explain some of the tools, concepts etc. and describe how they have applied these to 'real world 'situations etc.
