CCNP Recertification

With the new CCNP procedures announced by Cisco earlier today. Am I right in assuming you only have to pass ONE professional exam to recertify tour CCNP status?

I have found conflicting statements on Cisco's website, though the newer pages do state

"CCNP, CCDP, CCIP, CCSP & CCVP certifications

Complete one of the following recertification options:

Pass any 642 exam that is part of the professional level curriculum after 8/18/06.

Pass any current CCIE written exam"

I am CCNP certified any my accreditation is due to expire in a couple of months, so I am hoping that I will only need to take one exam as opposed to two to recertify.

Therefore if I read this right you could take the Arch exam and as you already have BSCI and BCMSN not only would you recertify your CCNP accreditation if you pass but also qualify for a CDDP accreditation for the next three years as well. That's a bargain in my book. Lol
