I have a 2621 with two lines adsl and i want to tell the router that the smtp traffic goes throught the first link Thanks

I recommend, use policy routing:

create an IP extended ACL that matches traffic w/ destination port SMTP

create a route-map that has a 'match ip address' statement that matches by your recently created ACL

add a 'set' statement to your route map that sends all this traffic to the "first" interface
