Bf=100)" in the subject line?

Yes, use .model Qn NPN (Is=10f Vaf=100 Bf=100) as the model in spice. I
didn't find this model in library, wondering I am supposed to create a
new one?

How would YOU go about _creating_ a new one ?:-)
