Please log in for more thread options does anyone know where I could get simulation model for Micro Devices RF2126 high power linear amplifier? Any format would be fine. Thanks.

I have also searched with google but I could find only datasheets. Oh well, I guess there is no simulation model available. Thanks anyway. :)

The datasheet tells you all you need to know.

Pins 6,7,8 are strung together to lower the output resistance. The input stage is also capacitively coupled to allow DC isolation. One other thing you could work out is whether the output internal lead is used as an inductor to resonant with the output caps to tune the output stage. Some very Simple Spice or Puff modeling will answer this. Also the gain is 12dB. I don't think their is much left to know? regards Andrew
