This firm truly helps move their clients businesses forward, and they
are seeking experienced Infrastructure Engineers who are looking to
move into a more independent role that takes full advantage of their
common sense.

Key Responsibilities:
=B7        Manage all aspects of the client project/relationship including
technology consulting, project management from beginning to end,
revenue and client development with enthusiasm, expertise,
professionalism and commitment.
=B7        Design, engineering and implementation of new Infrastructure
projects (All aspects of Cabling, Power and Wiring in and around
physical plants and buildings).
=B7        Provide day-to-day support of our clients technology needs,
evaluate technical alternatives, recommend solutions and provide
implementation management in a timely fashion.
=B7        As required, manage or troubleshoot client issues in a timely,
effective manner.
=B7        Strategize and make recommendations to clients on current
technology environment/needs and areas for improvement on an on-going,
regular basis.
=B7        Increase existing client revenues through on-going technical
recommendations as outcomes from bi-yearly client presentations and
strategic planning.
=B7        Work effectively within a team environment.

Key Goals:
=B7        Deliver client infrastructure design, provider services, systems,
technology coordination and/or implementation project management on
time and on budget as compared with scope, schedule and budget.
=B7        Develop, maintain and sustain strong client relationships through
exceptional service, sound recommendations and flawless execution; to
be measured through our client survey - must average above four on a
scale of one to five.
=B7        Identify at least four new client projects per year and work with
Director of Sales to deliver them.
=B7        Personal billable time at 120 hours per month or higher.

Qualifications:
=B7        Minimum of 10 years experience in Telecom Infrastructure and/or
Information Technology.
=B7        Bachelor's degree, RCDD, or equivalent experience.
=B7        Basic understanding of engineering (electrical, structural,
mechanical) disciplines that relate to technology design and
coordination.
=B7        Solid technical acumen with great troubleshooting skills.
=B7        Power user of Microsoft Office products, including VISIO.
=B7        Excellent communications skills (1:1, group presentations, phone,
email).
=B7        Driver's license, ability to drive, and must be able to walk.
=B7        LAN/WAN experience is a definite plus
=B7        Ability to work legally in USA.
=B7        Sorry, no reimbursement for moving
