I'm a RCN broadband customer in San Francisco (see ), and until recently had their Mach 7 service promising 7000Kbps down/800Kbps up. This week, RCN sent out an email saying that effectively immediately I now have Mach 10 service promising 10000Kbps down/800Kbps up. I haven't had the chance to run any benchmarks yet.
