Modem Constantly Resets

I have comcast cable and I am located in the greater philadelphia area. My SB3100 is constantly resetting itself. I notice it resets more often when I am using the connection heavily.. i.e. up/down at the same time. Comcast came out today and "cleaned up" my lines and I was told that would fix the problem, yet here I am 20 minutes after the tech left facing the same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this? Comcast has no freaking clue whats wrong

On my most recent call.. they noted there were only 200 people on my node which they claimed was very low.. they said only nodes with 500+ are considered to be overloaded. It's not the computer becuase no matter what machine its hooked up to (i have tried 2 desktops and 2 laptops) the same thing happens. I'll try replacing the modem
