I viewed the source code (comcast email )and the character is in there. This is just an issue with comcast, whereas tried outlook , hotmail and yahoo, it works fine in it. The  character is not in the source code either | |||||||||||||

When I am changing the encoding to UTF-8, its removing the funky A character, is there any reason, comcast would display such characters. | |||||||||||||
