Scary... some sort of regulation is needed.

Would be nice if it's a global coalition... so everyone has a voice.

Just what we need, more regulations. Level 3 and Cogent both suck,
both host spammers, and the net would be better off without both of
them. Here's hoping they both go under.

Ummm look at Iraq - that was unilateral action... look where it lead us!

If only Bush listened to international consensus...
